What is short contact therapy?
Short contact therapy is an application technique that gradually introduces a product into your skincare routine.
Rather than leaving it on your skin, you apply it for a short period before rinsing your face with water. This can be anywhere between 30 seconds and five minutes, depending on how sensitive you are.
Over time, your skin will build tolerance to the active ingredients, meaning that you may be able to increase the length and frequency of application.
